What makes an enquiry answerable
- Product and grade — e.g. MAP 11-52-0, or DAP 18-46-0
- Quantity in metric tonnes, and whether it is a trial lot
- Discharge port
- Trade term — FOB, or CFR/CIF on request
- The specification the material has to meet, if there is one
- Target shipment window
If the specification comes from a tender document or an existing supplier's COA, send it. A comparison against a common specification is the only comparison worth making.

All twelve fields are optional except the country and a way to reply. Fill in what you have; the desk will ask for the rest if it matters.
How the form works
The form submits directly to our server and is delivered to [email protected] by e-mail; it does not depend on your machine having a mail client configured. Your details are used to answer the enquiry and are not sold, published or added to a mailing list. If the submission fails, the form says so and leaves every field in place, so you can retry or write to the address directly.
Price, minimum order quantity, lead time and payment terms are quoted per inquiry and confirmed in the sales contract.
